Grand Marnier Shrimp Wrapped in Snow Peas
Another
spectacular presentation! Large-medium shrimp are first marinated and cooked in
a Grand Marnier sauce, then wrapped with blanched snow peas and speared onto a
purple cabbage head. The presentation is colorful and beautiful.

A baked creamy dip

Large shrimp are
served along with a chopped avocado, tomato, and black bean salsa with plenty
of fresh lime, garlic and chili powder. Served in a beautiful presentation in

Lobster tail is
steamed and cut into bite-size pieces, then folded very lightly into a blushed
sauce made with sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup and light seasonings. The
